Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional teams and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Experience in managing and delivering change training programs.
Experience in managing the daytoday execution of change initiatives, with a handson approach to solving challenges and driving adoption.
Proven experience in managing change management initiatives, with a focus on process improvement and organizational transformation.
