Tasks

-Managing preparation of external ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards. -Providing Input and participates in the development of new and updates to existing standards. -Analysing and interprets results of reporting, audits, corrective actions, operations reports and key performance indicators (KPI’)s, ensuring mechanisms are in place to enable accurate measurement, reporting and rectification - identifies gaps for improvement and develops mitigation plans with operations to support rectification. -Developing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. -Managing stakeholders. -Driving the implementation and compliance of business health safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards on assigned project/s. -Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. -Contributing to and manages incident investigations in line with business procedures. -Monitoring and assists with the creation and coordination of the inspection and audit schedule, undertakes and provides support for operational health safety and wellbeing (HSW) inspections and audits.

What You Bring

-Ability to build rapport and good working relationships with people at all levels. -Formal qualification in safety management (level 3 in UK), e.g. Nebosh certificate (or equivalent). Plus additional H&S qualifications level 3 or above (or equivalent). -Use own initiative, proactive and solution focused. -Attention to detail. -Strong organisational and time management skills and deliver to deadlines. -Able to use SMART objectives to effectively deliver results. -Self-motivated and purpose led. -Good communication and presentation skills, written and oral. -Relevant HSW, industry or sector experience.
