Tasks

-Stay updated with visualization trends, plugins, and rendering technologies. -Develop realistic materials, lighting, and environments for visualization. -Collaborate with architects and designers to accurately translate design intent into visuals. -Manage the entire visualization pipeline — from modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering to post-production. -Render high-quality stills, animations, and real-time walkthroughs using Twinmotion (or Unreal/Lumion). -Optimize 3D assets for real-time rendering and VR experiences. -Create 3D models of architecture, interiors, furniture, and landscapes using Blender or similar tools.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of render engines (Cycles, Twinmotion Renderer, or Unreal Engine). -Experience with animation, camera walkthroughs, and motion graphics. -Basic understanding of architectural design principles or BIM tools like Revit. -Understanding of PBR workflows and asset optimization. -Basic post-processing skills in Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools. -Strong understanding of architecture, composition, lighting, and materials. -Proficiency in Blender and Twinmotion (mandatory). -Familiarity with VR/AR visualization tools. -Ability to handle end-to-end project delivery independently. -Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. -Familiarity with CAD imports (DWG, FBX, IFC) and BIM workflows is a plus.
