Description
- To effectively communicate with the Facilities Manager; Head of Establishment/Lessee's and Team Members to ensure the customer needs are met on a daily basis.
- Ensuring unit grounds are kept in a safe and tidy order, free from dangerous articles ensuring Health and safety of staff and visitors.
- To liaise with external contractors and lessee's, ensuring all Health and Safety and security procedures are adhered to.
- To log, monitor and report all damage/faults in relation to the fabric and fixtures.
- To monitor the activities of lessee's and contractors reporting any issues to line manager
