Tasks
-Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others. -Collaborating with a team of designers and engineers as Architect/Architectural Designer, you’ll help us engage with clients and subcontractors, designing some of the world’s most advanced data center facilities. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will work together to deliver construction documents. -Plan and conduct work requiring judgment and evaluation, selection, and adaptation of architectural techniques and criteria. -Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks. -Perform calculation checking of others’ work. -Perform technical and business presentations with clients and employees. -Collaborate with other designers in the development of layout, technical design, construction drawings, specification, and model creation. -Attend project meetings and take an active role in helping the team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines. -Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality reviews. -Participate in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work.

What You Bring
-Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams -Master’s degree in Architecture -Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities -Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states -Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program -Experience with designing data centers and industrial manufacturing facilities -At least 5 years of professional Architectural Design experience -Expert-level proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite -Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
