Tasks

-Manage full project lifecycle for concrete scopes: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field coordination. -Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on all concrete operations. -Review drawings, rebar/shop drawings, and formwork plans to ensure accuracy and constructability. -Monitor cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and documentation. -Lead project meetings, subcontractor coordination, and communication with owners, engineers, and field teams. -Support field leadership with sequencing, pour planning, logistics, and production targets.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee major structural and self-perform concrete scopes on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and mid/high-rise projects across the Nashville market. This role is responsible for driving coordination, schedule, budgeting, and field execution for complex concrete packages. -Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings. -Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. -5–10+ years of commercial concrete construction experience. -Strong background in structural concrete, formwork systems, rebar coordination, and pour sequencing. -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -Experience on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or mid/high-rise projects.
