Tasks
-Serve as the strategic interface between D&IT and business partners to stimulate, surface, and shape business demand, ensuring that the potential business value from those assets and capabilities is captured, realized, optimized, and recognized. -Coach business leaders to articulate their function's needs and requirements that will advocate business performance, leverage digital capabilities, and foster positive experiences for BV professionals and customers. -Partner with Application Portfolio Managers, Service Delivery Manages, and Project Managers for execution and delivery. -Collaborate with organizational change management to ensure effective transformation and adoption for all initiatives -Ensure that client needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded. -Work with Business Analysts and the Architecture team to develop and maintain multi-year business capability roadmaps that support the digital product operating mode. -Manage requests through the D&IT demand process. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams within D&IT and Enterprise Evolution to develop and implement business strategies, strategic roadmaps, business cases, and value plans. -Advocate for secure, resilient, and scalable digital capabilities while ensuring a positive customer experience for the Enterprise Evolution team.

What You Bring
-Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred -Master's in Business Administration or Information Technology. -Demonstrable acumen in business and sales and marketing. -Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. -Experience in developing and managing a technology ecosystem. -Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership skills. -Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) preferred -Experience leading marketing and sales technology teams. -Experience developing strategic information technology roadmaps. -Bachelor's degree (in any discipline) or equivalent experience. -5+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives. -Strong project management skills. -Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience. -10+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives. -All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. -Demonstrable experience with marketing and sales digital technical tools. -Demonstrable experience in a similar role as a strategic partner, as well as with leadership and functional teams.
