Tasks

-Set up and manage BIM projects independently. -Assist in maintaining consistent drawing standards and project documentation. -Work on a range of projects, including custom residences, commercial buildings, renovations, and unique structures such as modular and 3D-printed designs. -Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. -Develop detailed structural drawings and models in collaboration with engineers.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while supporting engineers and clients. If you are a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working on diverse and creative projects, we encourage you to apply. -Experience with residential wood framing is preferred. -Experience detailing a range of materials, including wood, concrete, steel, and masonry. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. -2–5 years of experience in structural BIM design/modeling.
