Tasks

-Set up and manage BIM projects independently. -Assist in maintaining consistent drawing standards and project documentation. -Work on a range of projects, including custom residences, commercial buildings, renovations, and unique structures such as modular and 3D-printed designs. -Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. -Develop detailed structural drawings and models in collaboration with engineers.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while supporting engineers and clients. If you are a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working on diverse and creative projects, we encourage you to apply. -Experience with residential wood framing is preferred. -Experience detailing a range of materials, including wood, concrete, steel, and masonry. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. -2–5 years of experience in structural BIM design/modeling.
