  • Partner with customers to justify and prioritize investments and manage the delivery and execution of engagements while ensuring top quartile levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architectural frameworks that prioritize scalability, flexibility, and security.
  • Bring thought leadership and expertise not just in areas of direct responsibility but other areas including but not limited to data architecture, data science, ML and AI.
  • Manage the maintenance, implementation, support, and enhancement of any applications and systems put in place to support responsibility areas.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors, including but not limited to auditors, risk management functions, other IT functions, and business partners, to deliver projects of high complexity and significant size and change management challenges.
  • Deliver incremental wins through targeted initiatives that demonstrate value while building momentum toward larger goals.
  • Maintain relationships with business, and IT customers, ensure business processes and requirements are identified and well understood across organization, facilitate committees and/or forums to drive adoption of Architecture and IT Strategy and tools.
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Drive alignment between business goals and IT strategy, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and manage department budget.
  • Define and evolve the enterprise technology roadmap, balancing bold innovation with actionable, incremental wins. Serve as the organization's technology visionary, identifying emerging trends and translating them into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Continuously assess the organization's technology landscape, identifying opportunities to modernize and optimize systems.
  • Drive process improvement and lead adoption of standard Management Model processes and procedures, which deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels.
  • Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. Provide input on development and retention processes for IT employees. Build and sustain a high-performing architecture team, cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation while maintaining a practical focus on delivering results.
  • Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to align competing priorities and perspectives into cohesive strategies.

  • 12-years of experience leading and managing multiple solutions teams at the manager level or higher
  • Strong ability to unify diverse stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and drive consensus toward shared goals
  • Demonstrated ability to think conceptually required to effectively execute against IT strategies and plans
  • Deep expertise in modern architecture principles, cloud technologies, and scalable systems design
  • Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions and outcomes
  • Deep understanding of data governance, architecture, and security principles
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering)
  • Demonstrated success in building and sustaining high-performing teams and fostering collaborative, results-driven cultures
  • Excellent consultative skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Advanced interpersonal skills, communications skills, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to present and discuss complex technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding and approval
  • Ability to build, motivate, coach, and mentor high-performing teams to meet objectives
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and create business value. Demonstrated strategic planning and customer engagement skills and experience leading organizations and people through change
  • Experience as an Enterprise Architect or in similar leadership roles, with a track record of delivering transformative technology strategies
