Overview
Manage soft services and oversee hard services, contracts, budgets, and compliance.

Tasks
-Develop and implement policies, schedules, and quality audits to maintain consistently high standards. -Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including health & safety, food hygiene, SIA regulations, and building maintenance standards. -Manage supplier contracts and monitor KPIs/SLAs, driving continuous improvement across all service lines. -Lead, manage, and develop the soft services teams, ensuring effective delivery across cleaning, catering, security, and reception operations. -Champion a culture of excellence, safety, and customer service across all soft and hard service functions. -Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, responding to queries, feedback, and incidents in a timely and professional manner. -Effectively manage budgets, resources, and staffing, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality. -Oversee third-party management of hard services, maintaining strong operational understanding to ensure service quality and compliance.

-Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. -Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and supplier contracts. -Proven experience managing multiple services essential. -Experience managing catering services desirable. -Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams. -Demonstrated knowledge of M&E services and sub-contracted management are essential.
