-Collaborate with Project Managers to align on budget, schedule, and project goals -Lead daily on-site operations for ground-up design-build projects -Maintain accurate documentation, field reports, and as-built information -Conduct daily huddles and weekly progress meetings -Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners -Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness on every jobsite -Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges before they impact the project -Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and logistics to keep work on track -Impactful Work: Help build schools and spaces that transform communities.

If you thrive on problem-solving, building strong teams, and delivering projects that make a difference, this is an opportunity to grow with a respected, people-first builder. -Proven success delivering ground-up educational or charter school projects preferred -OSHA 30 certification (preferred) -Willingness to travel regionally as projects require -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing -5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction -Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
