Tasks

-Team Collaboration: Work closely with FM teams and assist contractors to meet KPI targets and operational goals. -Customer Service: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering timely and reliable FM services. -Safety First: Follow all SHE and FM procedures, promoting proactive safety management and compliance with legislation. -Maintenance & Compliance: Support planned and reactive maintenance tasks on building systems to ensure statutory compliance. -Efficiency & Improvement: Prioritise tasks effectively, support continuous improvement, and maintain accurate records in CAFM systems.

What You Bring

-Previous experience working in a Facilities Management environment. -Previous experience delivering handyman/maintenance related tasks in a commercial/light industrial environment. -A good understanding of IT software systems i.e. CAFM, Microsoft Office etc.
