Tasks

-Design & Develop Training Programs: Create engaging, effective training content focused on safety, equipment operation, standard work procedures, and quality. -Assess Skills & Identify Gaps: Evaluate employee competencies and tailor training to meet individual and team needs. -Maintain Training Records: Track participation, progress, and performance metrics to support compliance and improvement initiatives. -Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly update training materials and methods to reflect evolving standards, technologies, and best practices. -Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with production, quality, engineering, and leadership to align training with operational goals and workforce development needs. -Deliver Hands-On Training: Facilitate interactive sessions for new hires and existing team members using a variety of instructional techniques.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and organizational levels. -Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field; or 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment. -Minimum 2 years of experience in training design, development, and facilitation—ideally in manufacturing or secondary education. -Excellent organizational and time management skills. -Professional training certification (e.g., ATD, CPTD, CPTM). -Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training tools. -Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
