-Support project handoff and provide clarifications to project teams -Perform accurate material takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates -Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors and review pricing -Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings as needed -Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents -Prepare bid forms, pricing breakdowns, and proposal packages

This role supports bidding, takeoffs, cost estimating, and proposal preparation for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Construction Estimator (Structural Steel) -Strong knowledge of structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals -Strong communication skills -Proficient with Microsoft Office -Valid driver’s license -Must have 5+ years of construction estimating or structural steel estimating experience
