Tasks

-Manage and optimize performance of existing joint ventures and/or preferred lender relationships with mortgage providers. -Lead and oversee internal title companies to ensure profitability, efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives. -Evaluate and recommend future joint venture and strategic partnership opportunities in the mortgage and financial services space. -Monitor financial performance, reporting metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all financial services lines of business. -Develop and implement unified strategies for mortgage-related activities across all divisions. -Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and joint venture board meetings. -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external lenders, financial institutions, and service providers. -Collaborate with Division Presidents and Area Presidents as well as other regional leaders to ensure local alignment and execution of financial services initiatives. -Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and industry regulations. -Provide executive leadership for all mortgage and title-related operations across the organization. -Directly manage acquisition and pricing of mortgage incentives and rate buydown programs, in conjunction with divisional leadership, for all company operations.
