Tasks

-Manage permitting processes with federal, state, and local agencies -Review shop drawings and provide support during the construction phase. -Serve as the Civil Engineer of Record when required. -Lead site civil engineering design efforts for site civil engineering related to buildings, facilities, and infrastructure projects across diverse market sectors, including: -Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams throughout all project phases—from initial planning through construction documentation and administration. -Prepare detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, engineering calculations and reports.

What You Bring

-Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, technically sound designs with minimal supervision. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR/Stormwise, WaterCAD, and StormCAD. -Prior experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited university. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams. -Minimum of 4 years of experience in site civil/land development design for buildings or infrastructure, including: -Proposal writing experience -Demonstrated leadership and communication skills -Good verbal and written communication skills -Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. -Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously -Project management experience -Bachelor's degree -Proficient with Microsoft Office -Experience serving as Engineer of Record on previous projects. -Previous experience in general civil engineering
