Tasks

Summary: The Leasing Manager will lead the Leasing Team in driving the property leasing efforts. Responsibilities include managing social media content to generate leads through social media as well as through traditional leasing activities. -Tour prospective residents, provide information on property amenities and services, create excitement and desire to live in the community. -Generate traffic through social media exposure, outreach marketing, and other marketing plans; utilize Canva and SOCi, think outside the box to drive leasing efforts to hit leasing goals. -Communicate with residents and prospective residents in person or via phone, text, email, social media and online sources. -Assist in leading, developing and training the leasing team. -Report accurate daily, weekly and monthly leasing activity. -Enforce community policies. -Respond quickly to inquiries questions and concerns from residents and prospects. -Provide exemplary customer service to residents, prospectives and visitors. -Work closely with the team to maximize revenue, occupancy, resident, and retention goals. -Create a fun and positive environment for residents. -Follow up and close on new leases and renew beds/apartments, generate leases, follow new lease and renewal procedures. -Participate in and host fun community events.

What You Bring

-Thorough knowledge of all aspects of leasing apartments. -Reliable transportation and ability to participate in offsite outreach marketing activities. -Strong customer service skills. -Experience with Entrata required; proficient computer skills necessary. -Ability to continually close on prospects and lease apartments. -Pleasant attitude to all prospects, residents and associates. -Ability to communicate, read, write in English; bi-lingual a plus. -Social media and Marketing skills – knowledge of Canva, SOCi, creating flyers. -Excellent communication and listening skills. -Able to build rapport, make genuine connections and create an exciting environment. -Strong commitment to company goals and values. -Prior leasing experience in Student Housing.
