Our client are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a Facilities Management Business Unit focused on driving growth and operational excellence. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, P&L management, compliance, staff development, and cultivating customer relationships. You will have full operational responsibility for the business unit, guiding teams to success while ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure high standards of governance, safety, and compliance across operations.
  • Lead customer reporting and strategic reviews to support account development.
  • Oversee the Business Development team to drive new business opportunities and meet growth targets.
  • Develop and execute business and sales strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Support staff development, building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Manage Profit & Loss, ensuring financial goals are met, and driving cost control and revenue growth.
  • Lead the procurement strategy and vendor management for maximum value and performance.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, prioritizing the well-being of all employees.
