Tasks

-Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication. -Coordinate directly with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and inspectors. -Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and on-site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. -Mitigate risks and address challenges proactively to avoid project delays. -Prepare project status reports, documentation, and financial summaries as required. -Navigate permitting and regulatory requirements within San Diego County, ensuring all local, state, and federal guidelines are met. -Manage multi-family projects (10–30 units) through all phases of development, including pre-construction, permitting, construction, and close-out.

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience managing multi-family projects, ideally within the 10–30 unit range. -Proven experience with ground-up developments and infill projects. -Strong knowledge of San Diego permitting and zoning regulations. -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. -Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus. -Ability to manage schedules and budgets independently, with minimal oversight.
