-Engage with homeowners about our recent installations and services -Represent T&K professionally in local areas -All installers and sales designers are employed, ensuring consistent standards -Field Agent opportunity: represent a respected company with a 1 in 3.8 conversion rate -Book appointments for our employed designers

What You Bring

-Known for craftsmanship, quality products, and exceptional service -Specialists in windows, doors, double glazing, conservatories, and home extensions -Travel to prop will always be under 35 miles. -Valid driving license -Self-motivated with a strong work ethic -Comfortable working door-to-door and engaging with the public -Access to fully trained field designers, currently converting at 1 in 3.8 appointments -Needs to have own car -STRONG communication and interpersonal skills -Trusted local brand with strong community reputation -Confident, friendly, and approachable -Previous canvassing or customer-facing experience beneficial – desirable in double glazing market.
