Overview

Operate punch truck and post pounder to install guardrail, drive to sites, load/unload materials.

Tasks

-On occasion engaging in the use of power tools and manual digging when conditions are not conducive to use of the Punch Truck -Loading and unloading materials in support of the daily work -Responsible for driving the Punch Truck to/from work sites -Primary responsibility is running a drop hammer or vibratory post pounder, for the installation of guardrail -Responsible for supporting the layout, set-up of guardrail installation and working closely with the foreman and crew to ensure efficient work progress

What You Bring

-Heavy Highway construction experience. -2-5 Years of Heavy Equipment operation -2 years of commercial driving experience -Prior experience with Guardrail Installation -Strong understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic equipment -Mechanic experience on hydraulic/pneumatic equipment -CDL Class A or the ability to obtain certification within the first 2 months of employment
