Tasks

-Taking principal roles in State significant projects and providing support and guidance to comply with legislative and Mott MacDonald policies and procedures. -Contributing to the development of the broader business strategy, delivering commercially successful projects and engaging with clients. -Supporting the Business Management Systems and health, safety and wellbeing culture while ensuring the wellbeing of the team, in line with relevant legislation. -Effectively delivering the business P&L in line with target budgets.

What You Bring

-Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field -Ability to develop tactical strategies that are aligned with our business goals and that are adaptive to change. -Knowledge of current professional standards and innovations guaranteeing high levels of safety in project design and delivery, supported by quality checking and verification activities. -Demonstrable record of writing proposals and winning work, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, transport or defence markets. -Efficient resource management across our markets and portfolios including recruitment, retention and people engagement.
