Tasks
-PHONE MANAGEMENT: Answer and direct incoming calls. Take messages and ensure timely follow-up -Process, assembly and packaging tax returns -SCHEDULING: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, & conference room booking -CUSTOMER SERVICE: Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly, professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person -ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Perform clerical duties such as filing (paper and electronic files), photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain office supplies and order when necessary -SUPPORT: Provide support to the tax team, or special projects -MAIL HANDLING: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. -DATA ENTRY: Update and maintain records in office management systems, including updates on client information

What You Bring
-Must be able to work full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. -Must be able to lift to 25 pounds -A high school diploma, or equivalent (GED) is needed -Must be available to work during normal business hours, with minimal overtime as needed during heavy tax season -Tasks may require extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation -Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment -Previous front desk and administration position experience is preferred -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is a requirement -Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word) is necessary -Experience in a professional office is preferred. -Knowledge of office management. -Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including a computer, printer, telephone, etc. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written -Ability to sit for long periods of time -Excellent people skills -Familiarity with standard office machines (e.g., fax, printer etc.) -Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills -Proficient in English (oral and written)
