Tasks

The role involves reviewing potential development sites, assessing yield opportunities, and carrying out base research to inform acquisition and design decisions. You’ll work closely with the Directors and external consultants to help take projects from feasibility through to delivery.

What You Bring

- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills - Strong understanding of site feasibilities, including yield, planning analysis, and development potential - Exposure to apartment or mixed-use projects; experience at a multi-residential architectural practice is essential - 6-10 years of post graduate experience working for a Multi-residential practice based in Australia - Experience engaging and coordinating consultants such as architects, planners, and engineers - Background in the Architecture field with experience in the multi-residential sector
