Infrastructure Specialist

Overview

Manage multi-site IT infrastructure, AD/Azure, Wi‑Fi, VDI and support BAU/projects.

Tasks

Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver a reliable, responsive service. Owning routine systems administration - patching, updates, monitoring, and documentation. Supporting and configuring enterprise Wi-Fi networks (Meraki, Unifi or similar) - VLANs, device onboarding, authentication. Providing technical support for Azure Virtual Desktop or Citrix environments, managing thin clients and user performance. What You Bring

Strong background in infrastructure or systems administration, ideally across multi-site environments. If you're an experienced Infrastructure Specialist who enjoys being trusted to get things done - and wants to join a business that actually invests in its IT - I'd love to chat. Exposure to virtual desktop environments such as Azure Virtual Desktop or Citrix. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and group policy management. Understanding of Meraki / Unifi or similar enterprise networking tools.
