-Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and achievement of daily/weekly targets -Source, screen, and place top IT talent for clients across the US and Canada -Coordinate with North American teams and hiring managers to fulfill roles -Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS

What You Bring
Experience: 0–5 Years We’re hiring US/Canada IT Recruiters , both freshers with exceptional English communication (10/10) and experienced recruiters who’ve worked with North American clients. -Freshers with excellent English communication skills (10/10) and a passion to learn global recruitment -Experienced recruiters with hands-on exposure to Canada/US staffing -Ability to work in night shifts (supporting US/Canada time zones) -Self-motivated, target-oriented professionals with strong interpersonal skills
