Tasks

-Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. -Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. -Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. -Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders. -Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.

What You Bring

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks. -It is preferred that the ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property. -Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques. -Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -HVAC certified. -Must be willing and able to participate in on-call rotation. -CPO certified a plus.
