Overview

Manage customer records, complaints, legal docs, payments, and liaise with teams.

Tasks

-Interact with financial institutions for documentation. -Follow up on outstanding payment. -Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation. -Process customer accounts and file documents -To Liaison with departments like Account, Legal and Liasioning -Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions. -Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

What You Bring

-Ability to understand various documents related to sale agreement, sale deed, GPA, POA, Katha documents etc -MS Office skills Excel , word Power point etc -Familiarity with regulations related to the industry/ Department of Stamp Duty & Registration -Open to learn and work on AI powered tools to enhance customer experience
