Tasks

-Production of schematics -Carry out comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments to comply with ACoP L8, HSG 274 and further relevant documents across a range of commercial and industrial properties -Produce all reports accurately and to a high standard, with clear recommendations for corrective actions and control measures.

What You Bring

-Notice – 1 week during probation, increasing to 1 month thereafter. -Able to work to stringent turnaround times of reports -Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check. -Understand technical guidance and documentation -The ability to organise and prioritise workload. -Full, UK driving licence -Probationary Period – 6 months. -Be capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately and effectively -A minimum of five years’ experience in Water Hygiene and a minimum of 1 year role specific experience. -Candidates must have a relevant Legionella risk assessment qualification City & Guilds or equivalent. -The ability to work independently whilst also being a team player. -You will need to be flexible in terms of travel with potential stayaways across the UK -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
