The Role

Overview

Manage bid coordination, client services, and business development for construction projects.

Tasks

-Update C&W Prebid tracker on daily basis. -Completion of RFQ/RFI/EOIs obtaining, managing and checking information from other departments as and when required. -Carry out C&W site visits and associated case study writing & CV upgradation. -Support and drive the bid process, ensuring the most appropriate and relevant solution to each bid has been utilised through co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders. -Establish, maintain and update a set of standardised answers and templates and store for future bids. -Assist in the development, delivery and co-ordination of incoming bid requests. -Completion of Tenders obtaining, managing and checking information from other departments as and when required. -Lead or assist, when necessary, with Interview presentations. -Ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained in the tender/bid application.

-Ability to create and maintain good working relationships Excellent organizational and time management skills. -PowerPoint presentation experience. -Excellent written and oral skills. -Ability to breakdown answers and formulate responses. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. -Good communication skills. -Bid writing, bid processing. -Strong analytical skills. -Ability to format documents in word. -Sound understanding of the construction process. -Good attention to detail. -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. -Proven trouble shooting skills. -Good command of English language.
