Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency across Hitachi Energy services.

Tasks

-Lead and promote a continuous improvement culture focused on eliminating waste and enhancing value. -Identify and standardize processes across business units for greater efficiency. -Coordinate and lead Kaizen events to support service organization needs. -Analyze key performance indicators and drive actions to improve results. -Partner with leadership to align improvement priorities with budget goals. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Daily Management, and Kaizen events. -Facilitate cost-out and productivity projects to achieve savings targets. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize and digitize processes.

What You Bring

-10+ years of experience in Lean operating systems or continuous improvement. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. -Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Lead, or Lean Master certification. -Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. -Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ideally in energy, technology, or industrial sectors. -Willingness to travel as needed to support initiatives. -Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
