Tasks

-Exercise a high degree of professionalism when responding to internal and external customer concerns, repairs and installations of equipment. -Maintain accurate equipment repair/modification documentation and update equipment files. -Perform electrical work such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment related to electrical, controls, and PLC, assisting in the integration, start-up, and debug of new or moved equipment, and constructing and modifying new and existing electrical circuits and distribution equipment following NEC requirements. -Support the development of technician skills through training and coaching to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and adherence to procedures.

What You Bring

-PLC certified or demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot, program, configure and install PLC processors and components. -Proven experience in leading a team and working with customers -Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. -Respectful and team oriented -Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to determine appropriate solutions. -Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. -Exceptional knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and equipment. -Ability to successfully implement preventive maintenance programs. -Innovative & adaptable -Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Minnesota.
