Tasks

-Ensure Regional teams conduct Inspections on time and gather this data to allow for compliant monthly & quarterly reporting by the CQM. -Support the CQM on all Quality management issues across the contract. -Monitor implementation of change across the contract to ensure contractual compliance and to capture learning from experience opportunities. -Assist in the development and continual improvement of the Contract Quality Plan. -Undertake ad-hoc & supplier audits outside of the formal plan as and when required to validate performance against documented SOPs -Work centrally and with regions to support the closure of any raised Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) during internal and external audits. Validating the effective implementation of Corrective Actions with local teams. -Use initiative to identify and investigate areas of risk across the contract, proactively providing resolutions and preventative methods. -Provide training in Management System processes and procedures for the regional teams and supply chain.

What You Bring

-ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (CQI-recognised) – preferred -Experience delivering training and raising awareness on assurance topics and newly introduced processes -Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyse data, draw sound conclusions and produce actionable recommendations to inform strategy and drive performance improvement -Proven experience in a similar compliance or assurance role -Ability to review, advise on and enhance systems and processes to ensure robust quality assurance and compliance -Broad and practical understanding of housing-related policies and procedures
