Tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to assist the Legal Department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, monitoring court order updates, preparing MIS reports, coordinating with third party personnel, typing, and assisting in day-to-day legal administrative tasks. -Maintain and update case files, registers, and Excel-based MIS reports with accuracy. -Assist in typing and formatting legal documents, letters and reports. -Ensure proper maintaining of physical and digital records related to litigation and other legal matters. -Liaise with other departments to collect information/documents required for court cases. -Read and understand court orders, summarizing key directions for internal use. -Prepare and circulate periodic MIS reports on litigation status, court orders, and pending matters. -Provide administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management. -Track and record daily court order updates and ensure timely circulation to the legal team. -Follow up on pending matters and maintain a reminder system for hearings, deadlines and compliances. -Coordinate with third party personnel regarding hearing dates, case status, and required documents.
