Tasks

-Ensure project components, including reports, drawings, specifications, and studies, comply with relevant standards and project requirements -Foster a collaborative work environment by actively supporting the professional development of both yourself and your team, guiding junior members to reach their full potential. -Coordinate project elements, managing resource allocation, quality assurance, subcontractor interactions, and client feedback. -Collaborate closely with clients, providing clear explanations and ensuring they understand model outputs and processes. -Deliver a range of wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure modelling projects, effectively managing tasks of various scales. -Resolve technical modelling challenges on projects and contribute to advancing the team's technical expertise -Work alongside specialists from other engineering and environmental disciplines to ensure project integrity. -Conduct technical reviews of wastewater models, oversee model build and verification of sewer networks, oversee survey specifications and management, develop strategic solutions to mitigate flooding and reduce CSO spills -Provide support to designers at concept outline and detailed design stages -Liaise effectively with the Project Director or Manager and the client to support project progress. -Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. -Assist with preparation of bids including narratives, cost estimates and programmes. -Review and enhance technical reports and presentations to uphold high-quality standards.

What You Bring

-Competent in using relevant GIS software packages -Proficient in InfoWorks ICM -Strong report-writing skills -Chartered member of a relevant professional institution would be desirable (e.g., ICE or CIWEM) -Advanced expertise in hydraulic modelling for a range of wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects -Skilled in team and stakeholder coordination and management -Advanced abilities in spreadsheet-based data analysis -Proven experience in model quality assurance procedures -Coding experience desirable
