Tasks
-Bank reconciliations -Liaising with accounts payable teams for utility suppliers, insurance brokers and maintenance contractors -Maintenance of client, tenant and creditor records -Ad-hoc duties as required to support the Property Management team accountant -Reconciliation of client accounts -Ensuring lease records and rent reviews are up to date and completed on time -Professional Growth - Work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to major projects across the UK. -Ensuring compliance with relevant landlord and tenancy legislation and regulations

What You Bring
The role requires someone with exceptional administration skills who is at ease talking to clients, third party suppliers and people at all levels within our organisation. They must be able to demonstrate an understanding of commercial property management. Knowledge of property management accounting is preferable. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgement is essential. -Strong Client Portfolio - Inherit and build upon relationships with lenders, investors, developers, and private clients. -The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to ensure that deadlines are met -The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with a high level of attention to detail -Willingness to take on tasks and resolve issues -Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with both colleagues and clients -Able to demonstrate analytical skills and problem solving -Experience of using financial and administrative systems -Experience of dealing financial processes/administration -Reliable and committed
