Tasks

-Leads cross-functional team on product development projects ensuring project schedules are created, updated, maintained, and followed. -Leads competitive benchmarking activities to identify and address product gaps such as product teardowns, PEP process, customer interviews, online research and other benchmarking methodologies. -Prepares product forecasts and monitor inventory levels as serves as liaison with production to ensure supply timelines. -Supports the development and maintenance of product literature, product training, sales training, product pricing and product marketing materials. -Reviews and analyzes product data, keep sales team up to date on new developments regarding the company’s or competitor’s products. -Develops and maintains a product road map that positions Rheem to win in the marketplace, drives customer centric innovations, ensures P&L growth, and includes the latest VOC input -Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing and purchasing to drive cost reduction activities to maintain and grow product portfolio profitability. -Partners with cross functional teams to complete project justification analysis via ROI & payback periods and develop project buy-in. -Contributing Respectfully - Sharing opinions, valuing ideas, sharing opposing perspectives with respect -Oversees the product life cycle and manage the development, profitability and market share growth of assigned products categories.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. -Strong knowledge of product development processes including design, costing, manufacturing and sourcing. -Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment. -Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. -Experience with Product Data Management systems. -Strong project planning and management skills, ability to develop and manage multiple timelines and deadlines. -Ability work effectively cross functionally with department leaders to develop and tune shared business processes preferred. -Thinking Creatively – Applying creativity, seeking improvements, understanding from the customers’ lens -Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy. -Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. -7+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, sales, and engineering related fields. -Managerial experience -Ability to develop team capacity in organization, efficiency, attention to detail. -Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective
