What You Bring

-High school diploma preferred/GED accepted -Ability to handle multiple priorities -You thrive in an environment where you can interact with others. -Competent in organizational, time management skills -While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. -You either have prior experience or a willingness to learn as we provide training on site. -Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living -Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills -An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics. -Experience working with seniors
