Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview

Manage invoicing, contracts, and payment reconciliation for solar projects.

Tasks

-Answer main phone line and direct calls as needed -Reconcile payments and support audits -Process and track contracts, job numbers, and project invoices (AIA experience a plus) -Coordinate with Project Managers for billing milestones and payment status -Communicate with customers regarding payments and assist with resolution -Manage AR documentation, lien waivers, COIs, and financial entries

What You Bring

-Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills -Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field -Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with Procore or Salesforce a plus -Meaningful Work in the Renewable Energy Industry -3+ years of AR or administrative experience; 1+ year with Epicor preferred
