Tasks

-Develop, build, configure, customize, and integrate ServiceMax solutions based on provided specifications. -Implement and maintain ServiceMax components such as workflows, custom objects, and user interfaces. -Conduct testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance of ServiceMax applications. -Stay updated on the latest ServiceMax features and best practices to enhance service delivery. -Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceMax functionalities. -Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce applications and other third-party systems. -Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft). -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. -Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. -Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. -Experience with ERP integrations and database management (Oracle, SQL Server). -Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ServiceMax application. -ServiceMax administration certifications are a plus. -Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. -Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
