Tasks

-Lead Generation: Implement and manage robust lead generation strategies to create a steady pipeline of qualified prospects. -Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging. -Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaboration opportunities. -Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company’s long-term growth and revenue goals. -Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients and key stakeholders. -Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and competitive landscapes. -Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing. -Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior management review. -Product Feedback: Collaborate with the Product/Service team to relay market feedback and client needs to inform product development and improvement. -Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials that clearly communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients and partners.

What You Bring

-Proven track record of 5+ years in a sales, business development, or related customer-facing role, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets. -Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing the sales pipeline and reporting. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus). -Strategic Thinking: Capacity to analyze complex market data and develop executable, long-term growth strategies. -Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders. Arabic Speaker -Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business financials, market dynamics, and customer value. -Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals.
