Represent CMD Electric at industry events, networking functions, pre-bid meetings, and trade shows.
Leverage professional network, industry events, digital channels, and referrals to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline
Contribute to marketing strategies, brand visibility, and thought leadership efforts.
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, government, and other target sectors.
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop strategic proposals and project bids.
Conduct detailed discovery sessions with clients to understand strategic goals, current pain points,
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in a CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and other key decision-makers.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the electrical or construction industry.
Familiarity with prevailing wage, design-build, and public works projects.
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment.
Strong network of industry contacts in Bay Area California.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with proven ability to meet or exceed growth targets.
