Tasks
-Work across a global IT team to share information and best practices -Collaborate with IT Applications teams learn internal development processes and standards -Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes -Work with business teams to perform application testing of configurations, migrations, and customizations -Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the toolset of the assigned projects -Bring a new perspective and new ideas to IT efforts and processes -Learn and apply the applicable toolsets to solve real world business problems

What You Bring
-Credits toward a bachelor’s degree in IS/IT or similar, from an accredited institution -Operate with Arconic IS standards and conventions and applicable Arconic BU/RU IT Standards -Leadership experience -Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater -This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S> person as a U.S> citizen, U.S> Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee. -Demonstrated strong understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts -Must have an expected graduation date in late 2026, Spring/Summer of 2027, or, Spring/Summer of 2028 -Relevant IT course work completed successfully -Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. -Prior work experience in an IT role -Communicate professionally and effectively with a wide variety of people, via face to face, over the phone, via email, via Microsoft Teams and in writing -Basic understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts
