Experienced Cleaner

Overview

Full-time residential and commercial cleaner responsible for cleaning duties in Tallaght.

Tasks

-Dust/Clean/straighten furniture and table fixtures -Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to within the Department -Adhere to lost property procedures -Prioritising tasks and duties as required -Maintain storerooms and chemical room and ensure these are kept neat and tidy -Empty and wipe down waste bins -Maintaining all public areas in Commercial and Residential Properties -Wipe and dust surface -Clean glass and window areas -Assist other departments on busy days and complete any other duties as request by the department Supervisor or Manager to meet business demands -Actioning of requests from Management and Property Teams in a timely and efficient manner -Maintain clear and concise communications with all departments and management regarding issues at assigned properties -Report any complaints to the Maintenance Manager -Dust and clean doors and window/door sills and ledges -Reporting any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager -Maintain all tools and equipment

Requirements

What You Bring

-Works well on own initiative -Be physically fit - use of buffing machine / carpet washer will be required -Full Drivers licence with own transport -Adapt well to a fast paced environment -Previous experience as a cleaner (however training can be provided for the right person) -Sweep tiles or hardwood floor areas -Excellent attention to detail -Vacuum carpets and mop floors -Good at working on own initiate -Confident with technology -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment an advantage however training can be provided -Excellent communication skills -Ability to multitask
