Tasks

-Adapting scaffolding design to accommodate changes in the work environment -Transporting scaffolding materials to and from work sites -Identifying potential safety hazards and taking necessary precautions to mitigate risks -While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. -Ensuring scaffolding is stable and safe for use by other workers -Following all site safety guidelines and reporting any accidents or near misses to a supervisor -Assembling and dismantling scaffolding in compliance with safety regulations -Reviewing construction plans and blueprints to understand the requirements for scaffolding -Securing scaffolding to permanent structures with brackets or anchor bolts -Working collaboratively with other construction workers and tradespeople -Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
