Tasks

-Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as marketing and product management, to align resellers initiatives and support partner activities. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to adapt channel strategies. -Partner Enablement: Supporting the resellers by promoting Eaton runrate business. -Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services. Monitoring and analyzing partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans. -Performance Management: Monitoring and analyzing partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans. -Technical Support to other teams for the Contract Negotiation: Managing contracts and agreements with channel partners. -Reporting: Technical support for preparing and delivering regular sales forecasts and reports on Resellers performance. -Foster strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Working with internal teams, such as marketing and product management, to align channel initiatives and support partner activities from a technical engineering perspective. -Relationship Building: Fostering strong, long-term relationships with resellers partners. -Resellers Recruitment and Management: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, while also nurturing relationships with existing partners. -Provide partners with the necessary technical support to close deals and meet sales targets. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to adapt channel strategies.

What You Bring

-Sales & Business Development, Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking, CRM Proficiency, Industry Knowledge, Problem Solving. -Basic knowledge of UPS technologies and ability to perform UPS sizing and load analysis. -Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering -Competition Intelligence: Being trained on Eaton portfolio knowing our competitors capabilities. -Familiarity with battery technologies (VRLA, Li-ion, NiCd) and their integration with UPS systems. -Structured employee development processes, open feedback culture with development plans. -2+ years of IT Channel Growth Experience - Relationship with Tier 2, IT Resellers/System Integrators -Understanding of power quality issues (voltage sags, harmonics, transients) and how UPS systems mitigate them. -Detailed induction support and well-structured onboarding. -Strong processes and state-of-the-art systems and tools.
