Tasks
-Manage annual price increase process. -Increase Otis One Sales, being able to generate incremental subscriptions -Create and maintain long term relationships with customers through proactive customer engagement planning and reactive response to enquiries and complaints -Make proposals, decisions and close deals independently, according to company rules -Defend portfolio, reducing cancellations and renegotiation value -Increase Service Sales, being able to create needs on customers and maximise profitability of each account

What You Bring
-You have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation. -You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation -Role model and demonstrate unwavering commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team -You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience -Know maintenance service, strategies and procedures: contracts, strengths. -You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills -Know OTIS Service Business to be able to, working with the branch team, provide the best possible solution to customers, generating the highest value for the company. Must be able to work in cross functional teams
