Tasks
-Recruitment management: Scheduling interviews, providing appropriate feedback and handling the offer process -Generating leads: cold calling potential clients, generating business leads and emphasising MCS Group's value and tailoring recruitment solutions to their needs. -Building rapport: Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients -Candidate management: Sourcing top talent within our market, guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement

What You Bring
MCS Group is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we're looking for an experienced senior recruiter or manager to join our high performing team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record in 360 recruitment who is ready to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will bring proven success in end-to-end recruitment and, ideally, experience in mentoring or managing a team.
