Tasks
-Oversee production scheduling, resource planning, capacity optimization, and cost control. -Conduct equipment, facility, and SH&E inspections; ensure records are accurate and up to date. -Manage KPIs including safety, quality, throughput, efficiency, cost, OEE, and on-time delivery. -Coach teams on safe work practices and accountability. -Investigate incidents, drive corrective actions, and mitigate hazards. -Lead SH&E initiatives, toolbox talks, emergency planning, and Core Procedure adherence. -Own daily plant operations: production, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and workforce planning. -Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning. -Drive 5S, Lean, and process standardization initiatives. -Build, mentor, and develop plant teams; drive accountability and high engagement. -Lead a strong SH&E culture and ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards. -Ensure raw material control, inventory accuracy, labeling, documentation, and dispatch efficiency.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, culture, and operational discipline. -Strong leadership presence; hands-on, visible, and engaged. -Experience with 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement programs. -Ability to manage 20–100+ employees in a plant setting. -BA/BS degree preferred (Engineering, Manufacturing, Business). -Prior Plant Manager or senior operations leader experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. -Preferred industry experience in Steel, metals, fabrication -Strong mechanical aptitude and/or comfort with plant equipment.
