Tasks

-Fax documents and review check-related documentation. -Actively participate in analyzing and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency. -Upload documents to client files with high accuracy. -Identify and extract cost basis information from received documents. -Input and update data in internal systems as needed. -Manage a large caseload independently, meeting established deadlines. -Ensure all information aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements. -Maintain flexibility to take on additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

If you thrive in detail-oriented environments and enjoy working independently, we encourage you to apply. -Fast paced and great communication -1+ years of total experience in an admin related role -Experience with PDF’s and systems (ideally a CRM) -Highly organized -Experience processing checks/money/funds -Very strong with technology used for: faxing, scanning, recording, filing -Bachelors degree -Experience with admin tasks like record keeping and data cleaning
